The Britannia Suite - Unwind in the Spa Facilities

Our wellness facilities are tucked inside the beautifully restored Power House building.  Named after the Royal Yacht Britannia, that was powered by coal produced from Bonville’s Court Colliery.  Here, you’ll find a luxurious steam room, traditional Finnish sauna, and sunken spa pool — each designed to help your body release tension and your mind find stillness. Whether you prefer the warm weightlessness of the spa pool or the dry heat of the sauna, these spaces offer a gentle escape from daily stresses.

The Power House Gym - Move Your Body, Your Way

Whether training for an event or just keeping fit, why not step into our Air-Conditioned Power House Gym.  Named after the building that was used to produce the power for Bonville’s Court Colliery that once worked here.  The Power House Gym is available for a quiet, energising session. Fully equipped with cardio and strength machines, it’s ideal for a morning boost or a post-walk stretch. You don’t need a full routine — even a short workout can help lift your mood and get the endorphins flowing. :-

• Skiing Machine, Ski Mountain - Excellent for training for your skiing holiday and cardiovascular workout
• Multi Gym, by Tuffstuff - Get all-in-one whole-body strength training with the versatile AXT-225R Multi Gym. C/w, adjustable seat, leg extension, standing leg curl with low pulley and adjustable foam rollers, and more. c/w 200lbs weight stack.
