Payment Instalments
Planning ahead? Our Payment Instalments option lets you spread the cost of your stay across manageable monthly payments, so you can look forward to your visit without the pressure of paying everything at once.
How it works
When you select Payment Instalments at checkout, a deposit of £300 is taken to secure your booking. From there, the remaining balance is divided into equal monthly instalments, each falling on the same date of the month as your arrival date.
Your first instalment is due one month after your booking month, and your final instalment falls one month before your arrival — giving you a clear, predictable schedule from start to finish.
You’ll receive an email ahead of each instalment with a secure payment link. Each payment needs to be completed within 7 days of that reminder. If a payment isn’t received in time, we’ll need to cancel the booking and release your dates, and you’ll be notified by email straight away.
Please note — your deposit and first instalment may fall close together
Because your first instalment is scheduled for the same date of the month one month after you book, there are situations where this payment can fall quite soon after your deposit. For example, if you book on the 20th of January, your deposit is taken immediately and your first instalment will be due on the 20th of February — just one month later.
We’d recommend keeping this in mind when you book, so the first instalment doesn’t come as a surprise. Your full instalment schedule will be visible in your account under My Bookings as soon as your order is confirmed.
A few things to keep in mind
Payment Instalments is available on bookings made more than three months in advance. The number of instalments will vary depending on how far in advance you book — the further out your stay, the more payments you’ll have to spread the cost across.
