COVID-19 – 8th APRIL 2020
Dear Holiday Home Owners
Your Holiday Home on Bonville’s Court Country Park
I hope you are all well and keeping safe. I am sorry that we are currently unable to welcome you back to Bonville’s Court Country Park. These are troubling times, but I wanted to write to reassure you of our steps, that we are taking as a company, to ensure that you will continue to enjoy its use once normal life resumes.
None of us would have wished to find ourselves in this predicament and coronavirus is certainly blighting all our lives. However, we would like to reassure you that the security of the Park and of your Holiday Home are a major priority for us. Your Holiday Home is being visually inspected by us on a daily basis, and if you do have any concerns please feel free to contact me at any time.
As you may have seen on our Facebook Page, we are continuing to build decking for owners and carry out repairs to Holiday Homes. We are also continuing to carryout essential maintenance work around the Park. This hopefully, will make sure you (and we) can be up and running just as soon as this crisis is over and we can return to business as usual and welcome you back.
Finally, our thanks to everyone for continuing to make their pitch fee payments as they fall due. This will enable us to ensure the Park can continue to offer its services to you in the future. When we have a better idea of how long our closure will be enforced, we will look carefully at how we can respond fairly and responsibly to the situation in which you have been placed.
Amid all the gloom, it’s been wonderful to see how Bonville’s Court Country Park has literally blossomed during this recent spell of good weather.
With our best wishes, please be safe.
John, Caroline, William, Iwan & Dave
